Member Service Representative (Full-Time and Part-Time)
Century Heritage Federal Credit Union, (CHFCU) a growing, community-focused credit union serving 33 communities in the Mon-Yough area, is seeking flexable, energetic, dynamic individuals to become part of a team oriented frontline as Member Service Representatives (MSRs).
The MRS is an entry level position which is an essential element to the credit union. MSRs handle day to day banking transactions as well as open savings accounts, IRAs and Share Certificates. In addition MSRs offer products and services to meet the needs of individual members.
Requirements:
The successful candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- At least 6 months cash handling experience
- At least 6 months sales or retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Keyboarding skills
- Computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Flexibility to travel within our branch base
