CU Online - Internet Banking
CU Online provides you access to your Century Heritage accounts anytime of
the day or night. Check account balances and account activity, transfer funds
or make loan payments. We also offer a convenient and easy to use Electronic Bill
Payment service that works off your Century Heritage checking account.
*CU Online access is free provided you are enrolled in our eStatement service. A $5.00 monthly fee will be charged if you choose to receive paper statements.
 
Electronic Bill Payment
Paying bills is made quick and easy when you use our online
bill payment product. You schedule when your payments are made then
sit back and relax. No time wasted addressing envelopes or money
spent on stamps. To sign up for Electronic Bill Payment - log onto CU Online, click on
the Bill Pay tab. click on the Enroll tab and follow the
instructions. (Available to CU Online users who have an open Century
Heritage checking account.)
eStatements
Members can receive their account statements, free via email
and our secure web browser.
eLerts
You can now receive FREE email "eLerts" notifying
you of important credit union information that you request. You
can request Century Heritage FCU to tell you when:
- Deposit Rates Change;
- Loan Rates Change;
- Special Offers and Promotions are Announced;
- FREE Seminars and Workshops are Scheduled;
- Information on New Credit Union Services is Available;
- Fraud Prevention Information is Available; and
- FREE Investment Advice is Available.

offering surcharge-free ATM service to the members of the more
than 200 participating credit unions. Look for the CU$ logo for
surcharge free transactions.

Call 24 brings the credit union to your finger tips - 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. Call 412-650-2600 x24 or 1-800-232-0087 x24 from any touch tone telephone
to:
- Verify share and loan balances.
- Transfer funds between accounts.
- Verify deposits, withdrawals and cleared checks.
- Check share, certificate and loan rates.
- Transfer funds to make loan and VISA credit card payments.
You will need a Personal Identification Number to access Call 24 so be sure
to ask a member service representative about signing-up.
Direct Deposit
Save time and have instant access to your funds when you sign up for Direct Deposit
when have all or part of your pay automatically deposited into your credit union
account. No holds, no waiting in lines - just convenient access!
 InCharge Debt Solutions
Century Heritage Federal Credit Union has partnered with InCharge Institute to bring you, our members, a wealth of financial educational materials as well as personal credit counseling. There is no cost to members of Century Heritage for a credit counseling session and if a debt management program is right for you, no contributions are required on your part. Just one more way in which Century Heritage Federal Credit Union is providing value to its members.

Money Orders
Money Orders are a convenient and safe way to send money through the mail or to
pay bills. They may be purchased at any branch location for a nominal fee of $1.00
each. Money orders are available in amounts up to $1000.00.
Notary Service
As a convenience to our members we offer notary service at our Duquesne and
West Mifflin offices. Please call ahead to confirm availability. (Century Heritage
notaries do not handle vehicle title work.)
